Nancy was born to a Korean mother and an American father of Irish descent. She has two brothers and one sister. Brenda Lee McDonie, Nancy’s older sister, is a cellist who was born in 1998 and is also a cellist. Previously, she was a student in the Musical Department at Hanlim Multi Art School, where she received her diploma on February 9, 2018.
She is a member of the South Korean girl group Momoland, which was founded on November 10, 2016, as a result of Mnet’s reality survival shows Finding Momoland, which was broadcast on the network.
