Comedian and actress Mo’Nique was born Monique Angela Hicks (née Imes) on December 11, 1967 in the United States. She is better known by her stage name, Mo’Nique. She first rose to prominence thanks to her membership in the Queens of Comedy and her performance as Nicole “Nikki” Parker in the television series The Parkers, which aired on the UPN network.
